Noted jewelry artist, Barbara Harris, creates sculptural and sensual pieces with stones shaped by water. She, along with a Chinese master carver, developed a technique to erode stone with water jets to create her signature designs that are both contemporary and timeless. Currently based in London, Barbara received formal training at New York's Parsons School of Design, and had a fashion consultant business based in Asia. Her international and eclectic background has shaped her artistic view to create jewelry that is inspired by beauty of natural forms combined with the purity of eastern aesthetics. Her designs are, at once, universal and intimate. We are pleased to feature the talented Barbara Harris's collection of Water Jewels.
